Spring FLing 2026

Spring Fling 2026 brought Alexandria’s history—and its community—together. The Gadsby’s Tavern Museum Society’s signature annual fundraiser celebrated America’s 250th anniversary while honoring Alexandria’s remarkable legacy of women entrepreneurs, from Hannah Griffith to the women shaping the city’s businesses today.

Guests gathered for great food and drink, lively conversation, and a fabulous silent auction. Most importantly, they helped raise funds to push the Society’s endowment past its goal of $250,000! These funds now empower us to keep the Tavern’s legacy and stories alive for generations to come.
